  ***UPDATE ON MY COMPLAINT THE NAIL JUST BROKE CAUSE IT WAS TO THIN. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 4TH OF JULY BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ****
  Worse experience just now! I went in to get the works. Brows fill and pedi. WALKED OUT WITH JACKED UP PAPER THIN NAILS. wanted to try coffin shape, he put a thin layer then started shaping he already had a hard time shaping them with a file with the thin layer I'm sure it would have been difficult with a thicker layer never done this before didn't know what to expect. These nails are Cleary TOO thin and skinny but thin was the real issue. So when I noticed he was brushing me off as if he was done I asked are you going to make them thicker? He chuckled then looked at the owner and started talking in their language and so I said it again but to her. THEY ARE TOO THIN. There was no polish, didn't get up and wash my hands he could have fixed them.
  So the owner is just making up every excuse that it's because I did a fill, thick needs more powder....i asked her why does that matter fill or full set I should be able to get them thicker. Then she changed it saying that I didn't ask in time! Or I should have said I wanted them thick. I'm sorry but any good tech. Would see how unacceptable these nails are i will be posting on other reviews and social media they should be embarrassed! So I got tired of arguing I let him finish but I hate them! A waste of money never coming back! They just did not want to fix it probably because they wanted to hurry and go home I flat out told the owner I was not happy with my services she did not have a care in the world. Poor customer service, any good company will make sure their customer leaves happy
